We will amend the constitution and conditions to become president will be imposed upon anyone who wants to become the next president of HAITI.

The following conditions could be:

1. Must be born from both Haitian parents whether in Haiti or overseas instead only be born in Haiti only.

2. Must be 35 years old or older

3. Must speak both Haitian languages

4. Must be a public servant at least for 10 years (Administrative experience as CEO, CHIEF PERSONNEL, DIRECTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, MAYOR, SENATOR, DEPUTY OR EXECUTIVE COMMISSIONER, DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND RECTOR OR DEAN OF A UNIVERSITY TO NAME A FEW).

5. Must hold a license degree in the educational field as such as a bachelor, master or doctorate degree.

6. Must be nominated from the great electors within the three official and recognized political parties.

7. Must reside in Haiti for at least five years

8. Must have a clear job clearance prior to being a presidential candidate

9. Must be able collect money to pay the required presidential bid to secure his or her nomination from the candidate's chosen political party

10. Must submit to the electoral board a well sounded economic agenda through a blueprint benchmark

When our government will leave power, Haiti will be a new HAITI and our political mess which usually requires a pleiade of unqualified HAITIANS to become presidential candidates will end. We will bring sanity and decency to the Haitian and only qualified and competent Haitians will be elected to serve the causes of the Haitian people...It will not be question of rich or poor to lead Haiti, but it will be a question of competency and qualifications.

I don't know if I answer your question, but to the best of my knowledge that is what it will be in the future.

We will restore order by filling a political vacuum for over 206 years of corruption and lack of transparency within all Haiti's public and private institutions...

Hopefully, in the new Haiti that we will build after we transmit power to others, poor and unqualified people will not cherish the ideas of becoming president of Haiti. Three qualified candidates in the next decade and backed up by a solid work recor > >

Anonymous, Why do Haitians make the ambition of a Haitian citizen to become president as a "bad" thing? I don't get that! Only in Haiti where the presidency is available to only a certain class of Haitins. Being president should be ALL Ha > >
