Regarding 1.15 billion US Aid for Haiti Goes to Bill Clinton by Stanley Lucas, You are absolutely right, but the allegations were proven WRONG!! They were not substantiated.

Like I said, nobody is above the law. But to bring up subject matters that are dead and untrue is also wrong.

Yes, definitely handling money in any third world country deserves utmost scrutiny.

Bill Clinton knows it more than anyone.

The point is Haiti has so much on her plate right now. Why bother with irrelevance and redundancy?
