but most of the nations of the world that pledged the funds, particularly the nations that pledged the most, such as USA Canada and France.
All these nations are paying a lot of money to help in Haiti, but most of what is being paid is just enough to keep Haitians alive in misery, not the money needed to rebuild the nation so it can survive future natural disasters, and thrive economically.
It is a peonage system, where a lot of international community nations are not interested in getting people killed, but don't really want to help them become equals in international trade competition.
