I think UN should not withhold those funds to rebuild Haiti. If

Bringing attention to elections v.s. rebuilding Haiti (Catch 22, I think UN should not withhold those funds to rebuild Haiti.

If it's taking a very long time for them to unite then UN should send in people to work on this issue.

And not only that but to also intervene in the other problems of the country so that the poor people can be given the help they badly need. Why would they keep suffering Haitians waiting?

I hope UN will have more pity on them.
