Regarding Does Preval care about Haiti and Haitians, Honorable friend we have had disagreement in the past however I think you hit the nail right on the head, I believe if enough pressure was to be applied Preval will acquiesce regarding his position, at least Mr Preval should consider modify the CEP, his failure not to abide, will in my view add controversy, instability, if his party were to win.
