I watched as two merchants selling fish (Machann Pwason) they were argueing and throwing obscenities at each other...a real ugly site. But you know, this elderly, frail man was also passing by in that same area. And surprisingly, the merchants, out-of-respect for older person, they stop their vulgarity.
I think, even these two poor merchants with obviously little education have something that YOU, you don't have. you have no MANNERS.

I think you're doing a disservice to Stanley Lucas or Preval.
