Preval give the Haitian people a chance, resign you are an incompetent idiot
who have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to create "un etat de droit" for the Haitians.

Under your government Haitians have resorted to eating dust, while you have plundered 10 billion (milliard) dollard of foreign aid for 10 years of mis-administration.

You have failed again and again to nominate a judge from the high court (court de cassation) so you can not be judge for your crime.
