The brown elites of Haiti want little Nicolas Duvalier to become president in Haiti.

Little Nicolas will have the blessings of Mevs, Brandt, Salibas, Biggio, Accra, Delatour and Preval to name a few. Jean-Claude will be back to inaugurate a law library and a new Duvalierist Party to prepare the terrain for Nicolas Duvalier.
