Yes, I found Devex on google but it seems you have to pay for them to send you cv. What they do is easy, they gather the job postings from the original websites and post them on their own. So, it makes more sense to sign up directly with those orgs like worldvision.org, un.org, etc.
My contact in Haiti promised that he will find me something for sure, sooner rather than later.

I am very excited.

I left Haiti in 1993 with the firm conviction to go back in no more than 10 years.
