Francois Duvalier, now vilified by many, is the first president who brough the overwhelming majority of the "black" haitians to the forefront."

This was a merely strategy of the vilified Duvalier to keep staying in power.

Duvalier was not a true nationalist.

He was only a criminel, selfish, a heartless evil. He is the unique responsable of the lack of national consciouness of haitians.
