If you are, you are completely out of touch with the great need of the homeless.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the homeless everyone, and not just those who were initially poor. Or, out of magic, has the wealthy of Haiti managed to escape victimization?

Aren't there people living in the camp who are students of the school?

The news reported this as being the most adequate camp at the moment.

Why would it be dismantled?
