I tend to believe that Carinne could very well be an FBI agent, but again might not be.

Nevertheless, great percentage of Haitians living in this country are Not familar with the laws of this country.

They are not aware of the difference levels of laws, which are: Federal, States, county, and municipality that govern this country.

They live in this country with what I call a "loosy-goosy" type of attitude as far as the laws of this country are concerned.

They keep living in this country under the same premises mentality as they were in Haiti.

To make it short, "Impersonation" in this country is a federal crime.

In a word, pretending to be something or someone that you are not is a federal crime, if caught, you will get arrested, prosecuted, and sentenced if found guilty.

There are a few morons on this blog who keep using other members' identity, Linda & I were victims of identity impersonation on this blog many time before, and if we wanted to take action these members would get investigated, prosecuted and go to jail.
