With regard to Haitians the most incompetent and mediocre people, I don't think Haitians are mediocre people not at all.
I'm Dominican and live in South Florida.
It's something I cannot explain myself why Haitians do good outside Haiti and cannot do the same in their own country.
They are hard working people, send their kids to school, their neighborhoods are much safer than Black Americans.
The only negative attitude they have is a sealed mistrust of people from outside but otherwise I rather live among them than other black minorities.
