Robert M. St Fleur says...

A large percentage of Haitian's people stay uninformed; they have no clue about what's going on around them on every social level you can imagine.

The elite just takes advantage of their stupidy.

Imagine that more than 3/4 of the population are buying goods from a small group of people.

These businessmen become rich, and they buy anything with cash money.

They live in palaces and drive the most expensive cars that the world produces.

The Haitian's elite focuses on making money, they own businesses in town, and learn most importantly how to deal with the mass. The middle class focuses on education; they become Presidents, members of the governments, physicians, lawyers, Teachers etc. The majority which are the poors just follow any pattern, the poors believe in everything they might hear or see and will go with the flow.

The topic is: What Is The Ideal Form Of Government For Haiti?
