Concerning What Is The Ideal Form Of Government For Haiti, President Preval:

If you do the following you can have Haiti be a world economic powerhouse in 10 years.

1. get rid of individual and corporate income taxes.

2. eliminate all regulations concerning business and industries.

3. institute an objective legal system.

4. throw the Marxist and socialist elements of your government out.
5. sell all nationalized industries, including utilities and health care to private sector companies.

6. quit doing business with the world bank and the IMF.
7. initially make investors keep their profits in Haiti to expand or improve their properties/businesses.

After 5 years let them do what they want with them. I am guessing they will keep them in Haiti.

8. in other words institute a completely free market, real honest to god laissez faire capitalism and sit back and watch your country grow.

This will help with the rebuilding of your country.

What do you have to loose?

Your country is at the bottom, this is an opportunity to become an economic powerhouse in less than 10 years.

I know this will work if you keep the leftists at bay and completely out of the affairs of government and economics.

they are basically jackals and destroy everything in their path. your country is evidence of that.
