Moving the political capital to Cap-Haitian has been done four times already in Haitian history.

Besides Cap-Haitian also lies on a fault line. Cap-Haitian was devasted on May 7th 1842 by an earthquake which made 10000 victims.

Yes that is true. Also Port-de-Paix was virtually destroyed.

If geological reasons are taken into account, the political capital should be moved to Cayes, Jeremie or St. Marc.
