"Doublure Administrtion" if you were not slow for real, you'd noticed that it means "Double Administration", I think.
You are trying to say one good thing, but instead you ended up being the person you are referred.
You say Haitian need to clarify.
I thought that you meant they need to be blunt and open up, but instead you were grammatically judging other people which has nothing to do with clarification, for you should know that English and French are NOT our languages.
