Wyclef Jean is a star, well connected to the Haitian-American

Regarding Wyclef Jean - Stanley Lucas: Bad choice for Haiti, Wyclef Jean is a star, well connected to the Haitian-American political director of the White House Patrick Gaspard.

He is very close to former president Clinton, participating in his big Clinton Global Initiative every year, who recently said that the country needed a new Toussaint Louverture.

Strangely Wyclef just released his new album name Toussaint.

They maybe can make him president.

The question is how they overcome the fact that Wyclef has a US passport?

Haiti's constitution does not allow Haitian with a foreign passport to run for president.

The U.S. constitution has a similar provision that doesn't allow anyone who wasn't born in the US to run.
