In reference to ALL INVESTORS: We Are Open For Business, You also talking about shipping farming tools/equipments to farmers in Haiti so they can work the land and produce again, which I agree very much, but you did not give specifics on the kinda tools/equipments to ship. If you are referring to any tools/equipments behond the premitive technology like: manchettes, pikwa, shovels, woo, that would be okay.

Indeed those kind of basic tools are often what the farmers do not have. From personal experience to be sued as an example here. There is this Farmer in Jacmel I know named "BOne" as in "Bonneheure" whom was trying to farm his entire land with a messed up broken "manchet" with piece of clothe wrap around the handle as teh handle for the "Manchet" itself.

These guys can work, I mean, do not let their scrawny malnourished perceived looks fool you. They can work and when they work, boy do they work hard. Except they lack tools and some measly dollars here and there to make it work which often they do not have.

Aristide banking program was providing assistance to just that issue where regular farmers were able to go borrow money and pay it back either through their "Rekolt" or the actual money and at times with interests.

Those basic simple primitive tools namely above they do not have and most farm land all that is required is those kind of tools.
