He has published book and had a book signing event in Boston recently and he will be in Haiti soon holding conferences.
He has good list of objectives to improve situation in Haiti but I have made arguement to him that in order to accomplish all his objectives and more the first step is to start a military college in Haiti and take advantage of the 70+% unemployement rate to get people to join the army, build up the armed forces and the Haitian Air Force and then to proceed to carry forth with the Haitian version of the old U.S. "Manifest Destiny" policy which the U.S. can't object to because they did it themselves.
