The above information is INCORRECT.

Minister DELATOUR presented to PADF a commendation for their 30 year of work in Haiti in support of the Haitian people.

The event honored 5 HEROES: 2 from Colombia ( Andrea Gonzalez and Silvestre Sanchez), 1 from El Salvador ( Juan Ayala), 1 from Cuba (Yoani Sanchez) and 1 from Haiti ( Nicole Mueller Cesar).

President Preval and Secretary General Insulza did not attend.
