Anyways, that is why in my plan, for every criminals caught they would be contributing to my Free Hard Labor Developmental Force Program while they are awaiting trials and you and I already know that system is messed up (lol).
When they actually are found guilty, they would be all about hard labor work and in chain once again and may never get to really actually see the inside of a jail cell if not only for sleep for 4 hours.
I suppose 7 days a week, the daily 24 hour would be divided into a 3 shifts period of rotated hard labor.
That is 8 hour of hard labor each shift.
I think that would leave each 8 hours for them to rest in between shifts, right?
Well guess what...
4 hours of these 8 hours they would have for sleep, rest or awaiting rotation would still be for hard work inside the jails or around the local areas of that jail they are in
