If haiti to rely on haitian american to create laws, and policies to develop haiti.

Then shut down all school in haiti.

Because that is why a countries have school just to create future leaders to govern the country.

Thst is a shame on all leaders in haiti and our system of education.

Be smart folks!!!!!! more than half of those who are in charge in haiti now happen to be diaspora.

all the senators, deputes, ministres are all live and study in other country, yet, haiti is becoming worse than it was before.

I see a bad pattern about haiti, more educate our officials are more cruals and stupids they have become.

Put this in your calender once that law pass allow all haitian americans to participate in the political affairs of haiti that itself is going to unfold a big fight between those who are just haitian and those who are haitian american, because, I know how haitian are the haitian american are going to perceive as the superior because they have 2 nationalies that is going to create a fiction because (haitian-american pral pran poz konnin-yo).

just an example: let say obama is president but his wife and children are living in france he has to go in france once a week to see them, that will be the same case if when we have a haitian with dual nationalities in power.

that person will be careless than our previous leaders, because the perception will be, well!!!!!, these leaders will consider haiti as a place they go to harvest the money and move in the other country to stay, how about if that person commit a crime or stolen money and flet the country and go in hiding on the host country.

you guys know well usa, france, canada will not return that person for punishment, or freeze the money.

i want to those who are crasy about this amendement to think about all these consequence before making a such decision.
