Addressing My Prayers Over Haiti Tonight, Yes Mark taht was a good point.

We need to have political and economical classes for the politicians.

Politics must no longer be an art of stealing, "rempli poche" but a tool for the better ment of the people.

That is what I teach people from the third world countries at the PNUD. Those politicians must learn about economics, econometrics, energy, long term planification and fiscal responsibility as I have said recenty in Goma, the Congo and in Nigeria recently.

THE BLACK MAN MUST NO LONGER BE WORKING AGAINST HIS OWN SELF BUT FOR HIMSELF AND HIS PEOPLE.

HIS SUCCESS MUST BE MEASURED NOT BY HOM MANY HOUSES AND WOMEN HE HAS BUT BY WHAT HIS NEIGHBOUR HAS. bY HOW MANY KILOMETERS OF ROAD, AGRICULTURAL PROJECTS, MEDICAL PROGRAMS AND EDUCATIONAL PERPECTIVES.
