I am not sure if there's a plot but we all know that Haitians

With regard to Les Exiles Politiques d'Haiti, I am not sure if there's a plot but we all know that Haitians will never turned down bribes by foreigners to sell out the country's resources.

It seems as if Haitians/government wants the country to remain poor as their way to promote Haiti's image around the world in order to get foreign aids.

As to the international/foreigners they love Haitians mindset because it profits their interest to free load Haiti's wealth while Haitians are starving to death.

Yes a weak antidemocratic and corrupt regime becomes a requirement for the foreign profiteers in Haiti.

Haiti/gov has many reasons for keeping and boycotts many Haitians out of the governmental process.
