Regarding International Haitian Diaspora Congress 2009, Mr Thomas, are you for real?
I guess you, Tiba, and all the losers on this site sit down in front of their computer and want to debate without end on the issue of dual citizenship.
When most nations on earth think it is a good idea, in order not to lose their citizens to other countries, to give them the status of dual citizens, you want to keep on babbling for ever.

In another twenty years top, Haiti will cease to exist as we know it, unless something radical is done to stop the economic, political, moral and environmental degradation of the country.
Of course, old farts like you and Tiba will be long gone but, who will miss you anyway?
