The Presence of United Nations (MINUSTAH) in Haiti for over five years has rendered the 30000 illegal immigrants almost impossible to be granted the TPS. Since the disaster of the repeat Hurricanes that severely hit the country-- and that made the illegal immigrants illegible to TPS-- the government of Haiti has received hundreds of million dollars to rebuild the devastated zones and to create jobs. And it seems to be that foreign donors, especially The American, The France, and The Canada governments had received from the Haitian government and from United Nations reports of progress about the spending, the governance, the life condition of the population, and alternate measures to diminish the loss of life and materials from future disasters.

As a matter of fact, the presence of President Clinton, as "envoye special" by United Nations, is not only to help persuade the donors to "charite" Haitian people but also is a hope that guarantees the case of Haiti is "belle et bien entre de bonnes mains".

However, this doesn't look to good for the Illegal immigrants to be granted TPS. Now, it is up to Haitian people to call for an audit on the status of all the aids the Haitian government have received sin the disaster.Therefore, The United Nations (UN) is held liable for playing TPS games with the Haitian people.
