Haiti need to be freed from all Pharaohs in 2011??

Is it Biblical for Montresor to ask Aristide, Duvalier and all the Pharaohs to let go of Haitian people?

"Then the Lord said to Moses, Go in to Pharaoh and say to him, This is what the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says: Let my people go so that they may give me worship." Exodus 9:1

Notice:

This was God, gods, politics, slavery and death.

Today Haiti has the same problems...

by the way Montresor's approached sounds alike.

The Haitian people have a need to be freed from all the Pharaohs of this world who held Haitians back.
