Tiba I was convinced that you were incapable of saying anything
Focusing on New Faces-New vision for a new Haiti, Tiba
I was convinced that you were incapable of saying anything good. However after I read
"Zac, donating some equipments to a school, a hospital, etc..
giving a little piece of bread here and there to a needy Haitian is all good and well, but this is nothing more than charity.
A country cannot and will not be able to move farward to progress in charity.", I am willing to bend down my opinion a little bit.
Nonetheless, by doing the below, you will only starve your needy brothers and sisters.
The constitution is right with regard to dual citizenship.
what needs to be done is the migratory education of those leaving the country to go live abroard.
Inform them of the consequences of naturalization.
impose on them a 1/2 hrs class as condition to pick up their passport in Haiti or pay $200 to bypass that requirement.
