Yes a person's crime should be proven.

But once it is proven no president should forgive a leader who committed crimes against humanity.

You don't get to kill people and be pardoned.

There's a difference between corruptions and murder.

I might CONSIDER supporting forgiveness in a corruption case but not murder.

If it is proven that any of these leaders murdered people and stole from the coffers they should not be pardoned.

And if a president is arrogant and stupid enough to forgive them. Then he along with those he forgave should be convicted for treason and conspiracy.

Enough is enough.
