Security in haiti

No i'm not Mr Preval, the problem that our country is facing today is the result of our owned "doing"
Haiti needs a good dictator, someone that has been
outside of the country, that understand that we, haitians must know who we are.The French, The Americans and the Bresilians are not going to resurect our educational system, our agriculture.They have their own problems.

We must be in charge of our our destinee.How long that United
nations have been in Haiti, what have they done for us?We, haitians should rebuild our army without the help of USA, France and England, they are crooks, colons.

Asking them for help is like you are the rapist that molested your daughter for help. Mr Preval needs to have a private tete a tete with Mr
Chavez.It's simple, have haitians in control of our security.Our new recruits should be between the ages
of 18 to 25,have High school graduate, born in haiti.

I know a lot of people don't want haiti to have an army to defend our territory.
