This man does not deserve to be congratitulate

This man has been in office for almost one year, and the haitian people still don't have electricity, no security, no water, no nothing, I know everything can't be done at once. However, I do believe that he should start thinking about bringing back the army to life so that Haiti can become indepent from UN.He has to Privitise all the state own business, such as Teleco, Minotri, Ciment D'Haiti, Acerie, our transport system.

Put toll on the road so that everyone pay to use the public roads.

My cousing for example is making $4,ooo. Haitian dollars a day doing transport, He said that he does not have to pay nothing other than when it comes to renew his public transport.

He says this irresponsable.

He shoulb be paying at least 10% of what he makes every day.
Haiti needs someone who can govern not a corrupt leader or someone who afraid to talk like Preval
