Mrs. Matilda,

I am so happy regarding your concern for my country (Haiti); our government failed us many times.

We never had a money issue; the government always shares the money among closest families in the government.

The roads, the constructions, the citizens are all under regarded.

I hope this government in place signs a contract with the government of the United States stating how the money will be spent.

Otherwise, it's a waste of time. Some families will accumulate millions in the international banks; the roads, the constructions, the hunger, the hopelessness will stay the same. I hope that President Bill Clinton and Barack Obama comprehend the matter and not let themselves be tricked by the government of Haiti.
