Who the heck is this "Great King" that's coming to Haiti?

Do all Haitians have folie de grandeur?

Or, was there a king born in Haiti from some monarchy that the rest of us Haitians don't know anything about?

If I'm not mistaken, the last and only king we had was Christophe, and he did not create a monarchy, so what the heck is this about?
