The Country of Haiti needs to be healthy at all times mentally, economically,intellectually and spiritually to be called again:.If we are talking about Development, we must agree to make concession and give a general amnesty to all politicians who live in exile.Then all those who want to comeback and invest their money in busiseness to create jobs, to solve the big economic crisis that the country is confronting can do so under the government approval.

I see the nomination of Bill Clinton in Haiti' affairs as a positive step where He coul be considered as a councilor who can give a jump start to the economy by implanting a permanent politico system of stability.
