Concerning Clinton Envoyé Spécial de l'ONU en Haïti, By reading the comments, I realise poeple on this blog don't have a clear idea over the mission of Bill Clinton, they don't have the sens of that mission.
First it is not a glorious position for Haiti by the fact Hiti is normally an independant country ( it is not the case likely.
When a country like Haiti can not be managed by it's own leaders, coup after coup, a president can never acheave his period, poverty, deforestationn, demographic problem, don't lose the view, ladiies and gentlemen, in Haiti, 70% of the population live like mouse, so the UNU can not afford letting poeple suffering more, there is the sens of Bill Clinton mission in Haiti, He is a supervisor mandated by ONU to guide, advice to accompany the local governement in present and in the future
