It will not be easy to break Haitians from "mental slavery", but it would certainly worth a try through education and information.

1) Haitians must be taught/educated/informed and trained in order to come to the realization that "SLAVERY" is no longer existed, and that it's okay for them to voice their own opinions, that they have the right to protest, to boycott, to go on strike, and the rights to disagree with the slave master without fear of reprisal.

2) Haitian must be taught/trained/educated and informed about the rest of the world and understood that black people are as capable to do great things as their white counterparts.

Gera, understand that this way of thinking doesn't lie only in the milieu of illeterate Haitians, but also amongst many of those so-called educated/intellectual Haitians as well.

These Haitians are living legally in US with either a "green Card" or are naturalized American citizens, and yet, they believe that they will be deported to Haiti if they participated in any form of protest and boycott against the Haitian government or the US government.

Gera Bougui - Very good idea, except as you already know, Haitians are too passive-aggressive to do something like that. Beside, not only we, Haitians, are afraid of the white European slave masters, but we are also very fearful of those of light > >

Tiba you just brought to the surface a vicious circle-Haiti's situation bring us here, and once we're here, Haiti's situation keeps from doing anything to back to it. Ho do we break it? > >

Tiba don't waste your precious time responding to that Lionnes freak. From reading her comments i can tell she's bitter; a loser who didn't get any attention from her parents as a kid. Here she is now a grown woman degrading herself for attention but > >
