The whole story about the haitian that was killed

Philippe says...

The incident that happened in the Dominican Republic was shocking but not to many people are telling the whole story.

I was listening to Radio Metropole and the story is that the haitian killed his boss during an argument about money that his boss owned him. In return families of the murdered boss went and kill the haitian.

I know haitians are being mistreated in the Dominican Republic however this story is different.

All this diplomatic excitation is not needed.

I don't even know what to say about the haitian parliament acting like they're outraged.

My argument is this, if the parliament so concerned about haitians being mistreated in other countries why don't actually unite and work to build a better society where haitians will not have to face that kind of brutality in foreign land. It's sad that haitian government employees don't know what professionalism is. These people are rude and they should all be fired.

From personal past experience, most of them always act as though you're nuissance to them when you show up at a haitian consulate.

But i have to say my friend i agree with the haitian consulate officer, the official languages of haiti are creole and french, not english.

The officer is haitian and is under haitian jurisdiction you cannot fault him for wanting to speak creole or french to you. I'm have an american passport if i were in haiti and i went to the american embassy i couldn't fault them if they asked me to speak english.

I have to bear in mind that i'm an american citizen in an american embassy.

the same applies to the haitian consulate.

The topic is: I got cut off by Haitian embassy in D. C.

Well Mr Philippe YOU ARE WRONG I find it pity--full that you are trying to defend a mob execution where a citizen has been executed in a public place with tens of yellow trashes cheering, filming and applauding. If the haitian has out of anger, disc > >

I never implied that the individual who was killed got what he deserved. I'm not the type who believe in an eye for an eye. And i'm definitely not defending any dominican. Violence is never justified. I regret if my comment came off as suggesting tha > >

Brother I'm glad that we finally understand each other. However i have to clarify that I DO NOT believe in an eye for an eye and i DO NOT support the death penalty. If a person is guilty of a crime i believe he should go to prison, not killed. My fr > >

Why you dont mention the Dominican that was killed? Dont let you drag for all the hate and the anger. Not all the dominicans are like that dominican animal who killed the haitian as revenge (that was not a saint). How many cases like these happe > >

I understand your anger, we should all be angry about the way haitians are being treated. But we must be smart and cool in the way we react. We have to speak and act agaisnt the discrimination and the abuse haitians face over there; but I don't think > >
