In reference to U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Speaks about Haiti, Should I believe everything the slavemaster just said?

The slavemaster holds these similar conferences on Haiti almost every year and nothing never materialized, why should this time be different?

Once again, anyone who listened closely to the slavemaster's speech, would say that it was reall awsome, but was the vaguest speech ever given by a slavemaster about Haiti.

No dates set for the release/start of any of the promises made.
