I really love reading your posts.

They are very accurately informative in terms of what the facts are versus what they should have been. I seem to have a thought why thing appear to like that.

But you know what Tiba?

Willing is power.

If our goverment is serious and willing in dealing with the United States of America, they can get things done like Toussaint Louverture would.

This is the time for same kinds of politics that Louverture tried to use over 200 years ago, the time for diplomacy, real politics with mutual respects among leaders.

I believe and I know, even the United States of America know that the haitian government is able to get them to respect those treaties peacefully in a friendly manner.

I have a suspicion that the reason the haitian government has not been able to implement these foreign policies is because they have a lack the finacial capability to fund those services.

I believe that is the only thing that could be on the way. It is simply not on our list of priorities and therefore we cannot help but relying on the USA to hand those criminals over; meaning that they would have to pay their investigators to find those criminals and hand them over. That can cost a pretty descent amount of money.

There may a lot of other factors that allow the USA to be more capable of implementing such for foreign policies.

I think it takes a lot more money to find a criminal in USA than it would to find one in Haiti.

I have not read those treaties to exactly know what the details they entail as far as how things are supposed to be done. But I know the United States of America legally cannot go against what they have agreed upon, according to the international law. That being said, I believe certains are met, we can definitely get the United States of America to help carry out those foreign policies mutually.
