I am intrigued by your reference to the 3 industries in the President's village, and the fact that you are located in the Plateau Centrale.

I am seeking to work w/ the subsistance farmers of Cerca la Source so that they could experience greater economic security.

Can you tell me where I could inquire about these industries, and whether C. la S. might be able to learn from their experience?

As an agronomist President Preval should know that Haiti can become self-sufficient in agriculture just like Puerto Rico and Israel. However, he needs to see this as a national priority and push for appropriate policies to implement such a program. > >
