Legrand, Check this out! The US Constitution, Article III

Addressing CONFERENCE APPEL SUR LA DOUBLE NATIONALITE, Legrand,

Check this out!

The US Constitution, Article III, section 3 has made it clear that Haitian people must not embrace the idea of amending the constitution to consider the dual citizenship.

That article called for US congress to pounce hard on treason [American citizens].

When the last time you remember US government returned its own citizens to Haiti to face criminal charges?

When the last time you heard The Haitian government sent its own citizens to United States to face criminal charges for their crimes they committed on their own land [Haiti]?

all the times?

Do you remember in the late 90s Himeler Rebu, Leonce Qualeau, and the late Philippe Biamby spent times in a Florida jail for their coup d'etat "ratte" against Prosper Avril?

Have good night.
