Replying to Comment les Etats-Unis ont appauvri Haiti, You should say instead that The Haitians Politicians Leaders are responsible for the poverty of Haiti because U.S.A.Governements gave a lot of economic aid to them, but due to the political instability they left the Country with lots of millions of dollars and they spend that money, not in Haiti, but where they live in exile.The U.S.A.Governments Have nothing to do with the poverty of the Country.
