I commend you for all your initiatives.

I posted that historical data only as a reminder of our past failed results with US initiatives.

This was not meant as a criticism, just a a warning that you should be cautious and very alert so as not to repeat the mistakes of the past. Haiti's engagement with Western powers has historically and consistently led to Haiti being worst of than before.

So, as you move forward with the Chamber's joint development plans with the US, be very very alert, and be very very cautious as to long term consequences--check the small print on everything.

There's an old Haitian proverb that says "chat veye rat veye mai rete la.
