Touching on Avis pour les elections de 2011, Haiti takes one step, stops, and sleeps.

A group, including me, proposed: " rebuilding and expanding " the old railway system from

Saint Marc towards Damien and beyond.

We extanded the proposal to cover Haiti, from :North/South/ East/West.

We got no response.

In the meantime the Dominican Republic finished its railway to Santo Domingo.

It goes behind my house in Santo Domingo, facing parks and sea.
