i am in France right now...

and i can tell you that even, even, even the french give way more opportunities to those who speak English on their soil as oppose to any other languages.

And they are a pretty much self autonomic country.

and it bled my heart and soul to realize those who should have understand the situation are the one advocating the wrong key to our people.
