In this picture look at the distance placed between the spineless clueless Preval and Castro.

Look at the way Preval seems like a ti sou sou and how Castro's whole stance is to ignore him like he is forced to take this picture for diplomatic reason.

There was a time Haiti had proud rulers that no one would dare treat like that. Preval has taken Haiti to such low level that it may never get back up.
