Let me start by saying there is no such thing as moral obligation, a solemn obligation, the fairness, ethical standard and ethical duty in Haiti.

Saddly, buttrue, family standards is gone we have to start from scratch because the fundamental structure of the country is gone. The Haitian's government doesn't know what does it mean having the ethical duty to do the right thing specially when no one is looking.

I am deeply and saddly sorry brothers and sisters to say there is no moral value; the country is corrupted and infected by a very malicious disease calls "lack of responsibility".
