A follow-up on Second Haiti School Collapse in 1 Week, Again is this a joke?

Seriously we need to act fast because not only because too many innocent Haitians have been dying over the last few years but also because we are running out of time which means we can't keep wasting time and relying on the United States for help all the time we need to start being more independent we need to enforce our rules as well because it's obvious that things are getting more and more out of control our president has no control over anything which means everyone is basically doing whatever they want whenever they feel like it this is pathetic we need to get our acts together as soon as possible.
