Pamela, Granted Madame Pierre-Louis is honest, intelligent...

Tiba says...

Pamela,

Granted Madame Pierre-Louis is honest, intelligent, and represents a strong voice for all Haitians, so was Ti bonnom yap bay pou Aristide la, and what did he do for Haiti?

Nada! nothing! zip! zippo! rien anyen menm!

The concern of most Haitians about Madame Pierre-Louis is not whether she is honest, or well educated, or caring for Haitians, or how many languages she speaks, but it is rather about competence, the know-how (le savoir faire), wisdom, understanding, courage, capability and the will to bring real meaningful changes in Haiti.

In other words, does she have the will and the inspiration to bring hope and create opportunities for all Haitians?

Can she bring the Haitians people from welfare to gainful employment so they can be self-suficient instead of depending on their relatives in the diaspora to take care of them for the rest of their life?

Until Madame Pierre-Louis proves me otherwise, in my book, she is just another incompetent and mediocre prime minister who has just joined the bunch.

To show her intelligence, I'm sure she is going to give fancy speeches and holding meetings 24/7 with foreign leaders to prove her multi-languange proficency and show her impressive education level, but understand that will not bring the nation out of poverty to a better life.

It was important to point that out to remind you that has been the pattern of the Haitian government to make it looks like they are doing something.

The Haitian government holds more meetings than the Vatican and the White House combined, and never produced anything good for the country.

Tiba, you did not mention one of the most important qualities that Madame Pierre-Louis or any other Haitian leaders must have: the ability to outsmart, out-negotiate, and outmaneuver the American dog-hounds which are out to wipe Haiti off the face of > >

You have more readings to do; think deeply before expressing yourself and avoid being a follower. Preval was elected by the Haitian peoples. That wasn't his intention to come back on power after his last four years. He's the only one that can take > >
